Our Founding Story
Born on a factory floor in Stuttgart.
In 2022, our founders were embedded in a stamping plant outside Stuttgart, watching a €2M press line go dark for 11 days because no one could predict a bearing failure that had been telegraphing its symptoms for weeks. The data existed. The sensors were there. But the intelligence to act on it wasn't.
That experience crystallised a conviction: the physical world is drowning in data and starving for insight. Every factory, building, and logistics network generates terabytes of operational telemetry — yet most of it is discarded, siloed, or visualised in dashboards that tell you what happened, never what will happen next.
Digital Duo was founded to close that gap. We built the platform we wished existed in Stuttgart — one that ingests every signal, constructs a physics-aware twin, and continuously runs the simulations that turn raw telemetry into actionable foresight.
